Pretty annoying that the abstracts aren't posted. Also, pretty annoying that the comments about why a paper was rejected don't accompany the notification, since obviously you really want to have some idea why the paper was rejected.
Anon #1: While I agree in spirit (especially since I've just had a paper rejected), having just served as PC chair, I can say to please have some patience. Reviewers might be having a final pass over the comments. The interface for moving abstracts over along with the paper names may involve a lot of by-hand work (the software I know of doesn't do that automatically). Meanwhile, the PC chair knows people want to hear -- if only to plan for other deadlines -- so, they do their best.
Anon #1: The acceptance/rejection emails said to expect a list of abstracts in a week or so. And the reviews will also be available in that same timeframe. From the call for papers there was no reason to expect any of this information until later in the month. So have some patience.
To mention yet one more reason why patience is required: Particularly for contentious papers where there was significant post-review discussion, it may take some time to write up a summary of this discussion that is acceptable to all discussants.
While I do not generally advertise on the blog, I do sometimes link to books, and I take part in the Amazon Associates program, getting some small credit if you purchase a book I recommend.
